When a provider prefers advanced booking what is the typical preference. Do they prefer a day or week in advance? I imagine this work provides a lot of scheduling freedom but is there a standard for high end services? If you provide services I am especially interested in you thoughts and suggestions.

I'd ask the provider for preference. some want advance booking to see if there is enough interest to even visit a particular city.
