Here is a bit of a warning to the girls AND the guys out there. Don't date people you meet in this buisness.

I am lucky enough to be working for a really great place where they have so far tolerated me but unfortunately there are some men who just don't realise it doesn't make them a bigger man to abuse (physically, verbally, emotionally). their girlfriends just because they are in this buisness and happen to enjoy it.

For a year now he has been monitoring this board, allowing me very BEGRUDGINGLY to work and blaming all our problems on the fact that I work. To compensate, I have had to kiss his ass daily with laundy and lunches to go to work and homemade meals but all that has done is make me into a flake at work and has never fixed our relationship.

I'm always a "hooker" in his eyes (I suppose because we met one another that way), and I had never EVER brought up the "client" thing to him at all. Relationships are always a two-way street and beating on a girl is never a cool way to handle things. Just tonight, after I had the turkey dinner that I cooked thrown in my face, did I "man the fuck up"(as Denzel would say in Training Day), and decide to leave this disaster. I guess I'm just a bag-lady now!!!!:)

I guarntee that I have not been the easiest person to be/live with but there comes a time when someone has to be the bigger person and end things.

The working girl/client thing takes a big big person/s to deal with. I tried to be big about it on my end but it always takes two to tango. He wants me to be Sally Homemaker on one hand and then super porn slut on the other but I am not buying into that anymore. It worked for a while........we had some fun:)

I wish him all the best and think he has alot to offer or else I would not have spent an on-and-off year with him. I hope he finds the stripper/chef/homemaker/carpet cleaner/entrepeneour/ WHATEVER that he craves and may even really deserve. The guy is a bit "confused". Strippers/escorts are NOT GENTERALLY Martha Stewarts nor are they the best Sally Homemakers....we try.....but perfection is never REALLY our strong suit. I used to call us Bert and Ernie. I am the ERNIE....he is the uptight Bert. But no worries...there was no unibrow. . I doubt Martha has had the turkey and gravy thown in her face. She'd probably sue. And what a waste of potatoes right????

Sorry. I'm a bit mad for having turkey and mashed potatoes chucked in my face.

Happy ending is I got a thanksgiving dinner.

I think it always sucks when the guys show no emotion when you break up.......

The happy ending is too that I DID get my thanksgiving dinner....just thrown at me after LUGGING the damn 50 bags from Urban Fair and cooking the flipping turkey for 5 hours. From what I saw it tasted good.

Krista, thanks for being my buddy through this shit.

SMOOCH to all you lovelies (no throwing mashed potatoes or turkeys.....its messy!....I had to clean the damn stuff up!)

So into a nice hotel I go....silly bastard made me turn off my site too....grrrrr.

Oh well.

I'll be back!!!!!!!

SMOOCH!

LAME!! *kicks his ass*

I'm glad you're moving on and forward Tiffany. Break ups can be so tough when you're in a pattern and used to being around someone all the time, but be strong and lean on your friends :)

I'm always here too, you know that. Anytime, I'll always do my best to lend a hand.

Thanks guys!

And of course the lovely ladies.

I'm pretty nervous but really excited about the new chapter in my life.

It seemed like a great plan at the time to move in with the guy and play house/ and housemaid and house slut:) but TRUST ME....it ain't.

You'll (the girl), unfortunately be the second class citizen.....they'll have always "known you back when".

You ladies and gentlemen are so so gracious. I just hope that when the relationships start, they stay light and the gentlemen respect the ladies. There is nothing wrong with either side of the coin it just is what it is.

Be happy everyone...lets keep our potatoes to yourselves (haha!) and thanks again to all the lovely people who have written me.

MEAN PEOPLE SUCK!!!!

Actually Tiffany I can understand why you are so upset, but you are generallizing way too much.

Not everyone is like what you described.

It didn't work out, but quite honestly the guy never respected you from day one - and that was your biggest mistake.

He could have been anyone...

And you could have met him anywhere...

Next time don't ignore the red flags.

If I was a girl, and a man treated me that way, I would shoved a turkey baster up his ass and fill him with hot gravey. Nobody deserves that kind of abuse.

This is true

BUT I MUST CAUTION FIRST.....

Turkey basters can be messy buisness even for the experienced......

Its true that generalisations seem to be a real main-staple in this biz of ours....I guess it just comes from being a damn know it all!

Guys who don't respect girls are bad apples just like girls who walk all over guys.....as I said two way street.

The main thing is there are always many many obstacles when dealing with the SP/Client relationship and I think we have ALL agreed its a toughie. But I left my stick and my dead horse in the stable with my fucked up turkey and mashed potatoes. God what the neighbors must think! I think I want a reality show! Sorry if I over-generalised its just I heard the story a zillion times and it seems uber-common in our place of work.

Sonny. Did anyone ever tell you you are one sexy and sweet man??? Ahh talk is cheap....I'll show you more what I think of you in ACTION baby. But I digress.

In any case, back to playtime this week and looking forward to seeing any of you.

Big kisses and leave that turkey baster at home....for now. I have some potatoes to scrape out of my ears!

(GURU I know you're laughing!!!!!! At least I'm not in the tub with Nicole right??????)

It tough to soar with eagles when you're surrounded by Turkeys. Ok, maybe just two Turkeys. And Sonny is one sweet man....at least from what I know and I've heard I will concur with his insights.

Did u salvage any of that tossed Turkey ? You know a fab gravy will turn an open face sandwich into a culinary delight. Yum.

Another one bites the dust.....

WELL

The turkey is for the birds at this point.

When it hit my head....I thought it was game (get it...game bird???)....over.

The dogs seemed to like the spectacle (I have two chihuahuas), but sadly, I must admit that only the salads made it....and the veggies and the gravey, oh AND the cranberry sauce and apple pie.....so no real loss right????

In any case, I'm over it. I told him to beat it...I'm happy living in 4 star hotels toting around my little monsters but he should try to keep his poultry to himself in future relationships:)

Men are funny. I prance around NAKED for 5 hours cooking and the damn Turkey just ain't good enough. Thats it. Next year I'm wearing my snow suit.

Worse things have happened and you guys rock.

Just a word of advice.

Bob and weave when you see mashed potatoes coming at cha.....they're a bitch to get out of you're hair!

Ok be good.

Should I smwar the left overs on him while he sleeps?????

HAHAHHAHAHAHA

A real class act

apparently me moving out tomorrow isn't good enough. The guy reads the board and APPARENTLY as soon as my things are packed I am moving out.

4:50 in the morning.

This guy is CLASSY!

So if I don't respond to pms just call my phone at 315-1778.

Hell, lets start a soap opera.

So just call my phone to chat with me because he broke my laptop.

Good luck to the next lady he tries to date:)

God I'm soooo over this.

Love to all ya!

yes a lesson we should all learn......and the guy always worries that all the gal wants is your money......never works, dated ex sp for 2 years never trusted each other and when we split, she took it upon herself to re design my wardrobe with a pair of scissors.....good luck to all. :)
