The resort I stayed at is in Punta Cana. Higuey is a large and relatively safe city an hour away. 15 minutes away was the town of Bavarro, I think that is how it's spelled. I also visited Santo Domingo which is about 4 hours away.
I was only intersted in the local women as I was completely amazed by their beauty and sexiness, did I mention they love to sing and dance all the time.
