I order a 45min HS session but ended up with 30min. Just feel very unsatisfied. Her reason was that I stained the bedsheet and she needed time to change it. But I just feel 20$ wasted. Is this really reasonable? Sometimes I just think they count time at random.

SPs count from the time they open the door.
But yeah, if she wasn't prepared and you are sitting around that's not really acceptable.
