I have recently in the past few months started to work at EB/TO and this is the first job for me in this industry. I stumbled across this site about a week ago. I noticed the critiques of the other ladies and was wondering if any of you have taken me in session that i can get an honest evaluation, and some suggestions on how to make my session more enjoyable. I try to be the best at everything i do, this job is not any different. Any input both negative or positive would be great!

Please do not ask the lady for personal information that will allow you to ID her.

I can leave up where she works as there are a lot of MPA's to choose from so you can't ID her hence it is not unpaid advertising. If you keep probing and asking for personal information then it becomes unpaid advertising as this info will allow you to ID her. When it becomes unpaid advertising I have to ban the SP.

I have edited this thread to remove any information that will allow you to ID the MPA in question. If more personal information comes up then I will have to ban her.

Joe, that thing on top of your neck isn't just a hat rack. What part of "advertisers who pay to advertise get ticked off when people advertise and don't pay" don't you understand? A site that doesn't regulate unpaid advertising soon will have no one paying to advertise. And then how do they pay the bills, with air?

I am unpaid, I volunteer to look after the board, I squeeze in what time I can between my real life and a 60 hour a week job, I get no benefit from moderating this board whatsoever.

I'm really sorry I didn't think my question would start such a fuss. I do openly apologies for the unpaid advertisment and i do plan on paying for advertising considering i should have known better. In the future, I would people to act there age and just pm me if they need info. We are all adults here. Lets act like it.
