Its the only part inside lobster you can't eat. Its the stomach of lobster and it looks like head with long nose.like a witch. It is also why you can't eat a lobster that's dead. The stomach acid is so strong the second it dies the acid starts to ruin the good parts.I like the green stuff best, it is called tomally.The red eggs are called coral.
