Well two points here, 1) depends what your on file for. 2) depends on the level of clearance. If you were on the police system for what the original poster is now on there for and you applied for an "Enhanced Security Clearance" then, no it wouldn't come up. But if you were applying for Secret or top secrect security clearance, then it deffinately would come up. Everytime you have contact with a LE Officer, the nature of that contact is entered. Does not have to be criminal in nature. The records system is seperate from CPIC

And to the original poster, you do not need a lawyer as they cannot remove that from the system as its not a criminal record. But any future dealings with the Police, they will run your name and know you were caught there and might treat your with suspicion no matter what your dealings are at the time.

Thanks for the info. This was what I wanted to know. Could the police have done anything if I had refused to give them my ID? I could have said I left it in the car.

I don't know why he had posted the Assault Peace Officer. The charge would of been Obstruct Police Officer in the willful execution of his duties. And that's exactly what he/she would of threatened you with if you refused to give your name. Don't worry about it. Just don't use MP's. I don't know how anyone can relax in one. LE often spot checks those places with By-Law Officers, looking for violations. If your in there your gonna get jacked up. Just my 2 cents.

Since the place is closed now I guess no point in keeping it a secret.

It was at the Kitten Club.

I bet LE was monitoring the place because it was just too coincidental that <10 min after I enter, they walk in. I think the reason KC is now closed is because they finally caught someone in the act. I am now very weary about using MP's because you never know if LE will be barging in. KC tried to explain to me that it was a routine bylaw check....right...

Vancouver/Edmonton
even Swedish Touch was not safe. They lost their Bodyrub license a year ago so that puts them in the same license category as ISHQ which was raided.

Swedish Touch ended their existence with a Health Enhancement license, which restricts what goes on in the room.

Keep in mind those residential towers around KC. Someone must have complained to the City. KC was in a terrible location. You don't want your back door within sight of residents.

It's always a good idea to park your car some distance away from the front door so no one can make note of your license plate.

Go to Edmonton. They have 25 studios there (white girl type, not asian), all properly licensed, girls are licensed, and in fact the EPS makes routine checks and is quite supportive of the environment there.

I'd have to conclude Edmonton and Vancouver are very different markets.

Some of the studios in Edmonton are amazing, like Revive, Extreme, Elite, Legends, 50th Street
