Prison: Two women want to marry Peterson
He gets several calls of support on his first day on death row

(CNN) -- On Scott Peterson's first day on death row, two women called California's San Quentin State Prison to say they were interested in marrying him, according to prison officials.

Prison spokesman Vernell Crittendon said about three dozen women called San Quentin with messages of support for the prison's newest bachelor, convicted and sentenced to die for the murder of his pregnant wife, Laci.

"Two of them actually indicated to our staff that their purpose for calling was marriage," Crittendon told CNN.

He added that it is not unusual for inmates to get married while on death row.

Ted Bundy (for those who don't know, killed at least 36 women in the 70's, although he claimed as many as 100 and most reports figure the 36 number is low) was on TV just before his execution. They also showed his wife(who he met after going to death row) and daughter.

The more I look around at this world, the more I begin to truly believe that Yes, there is a God, and Man does he have a sense of humour, because there is no way after millions of years of evolution this is the best we can do.

Also, it's harder to conceptualize, but there are evil women as well as evil men (though men, sadly, are far more prone to violence and criminality than women by far)

If any of you have known a woman that passed over nice guys for a guy that treated her like crap ( and I'm sure we all do ) then you've met the type of woman that goes after the serial killers. Just in a much, much milder form.

true, but guys don't think that 'our love' will change the psycho bitch types ... every woman out there somehow believes that she is the one who will finally tame the bad boys which is a bit nuts because that's what attracted them in the first place!

i've dated some psycho bitches in my life and it was always for the thrill and the great sex ... but damn what an emotional and psychological shit-kicking it turned out to be ... ouch.
