Myself, I am beginning to wonder if it is even worth bothering going to legends. I have not gone there yet and since I only ever go pooning once every other month or so, I think I will take my hard earned dollars somewhere else. I have been many places that at least appear to care about service. The way dakota replied on here, it seems like what notaclue went through didn't bother her at all. Definetly won't waste my money on this one!

Wow things are crazy over there...... The place is busy and unfortunately service declines due to this without proper support and inadequate managment planning.....
I have had great sessions with Nikita, Alyson and Vienna all top service however my last two visits were poor...... I have been spending my dollars at Supreme and 50th street the last couple weeks and it has been well worth it *big Smile*

Maybe I'm missing something, but I just don't understand why any SP who is running late can't just add the time to end of the session. If the guy's late, ok it's his fault and sucks to be him. But if the SP is late and starts a 10:00 session at 10:20, why not go til 11:20?
I've heard the argument that vice wants everyone gone by 11:00, but I think one of the girls just posted recently on here that as long as the MP doesn't take any bookings after 10:30 it's all good. I also know of at least 2 SPs who would stay late with a 10:00 o'clock client if she was running late, and I don't see that many girls, so it follows that quite a few would do so (assuming a normal statistical sample blah blah blah).
I often book 10:00 PM sessions myself so I sympathize with the reviewer's plight. Hey, we hear so often that this is a business, so from a business standpoint, a $300 session equals about $5 per minute. That's why some guys get so upset about short sessions. To say "shit happens" is pretty harsh, but even more so in a business that is built on girls having the personal touch.

i totally agree with Big Fisk. if they arent in the room within 10 minutes then leave.
i have heard the same thing as threepeat, but i have also heard that if Vice catches them, they get a HUGE fine. i seem to remember hearing the studio will get fined something like $10,000. so i can understand why the SP's wont chance it

If this is your attitude - then I wish you end up on the waiting end more often. I also think that the wiser SP's should watch your time more closely and remind you that your time is about to run out so better blow your wad soon. You're part of this problem and NOT the solution.

Having spent quite a bit of time at Fantasy and MMC (back in the day) after 11:00 PM and even occasionally helping with the cleanup and lockup, and never a whiff of vice, I would say the chances of a MP getting busted for having a client in there after 11:00 PM but before midnight are about the same as a MP getting busted for being a bawdy-house, which is to say, very slim.
A more likely reason for the reviewer's 11:10 hustle is that the other girls in the studio were itching to go home.

This is so true. From my experiance I've found that most gals won't take a client after 10:30 because they want to do their house cleaning and get the hell out of there by 11:00. Hey, I can't blame them for that.
Also at a lot of studios, only one girl has the key to lock up, so the others don't have a choice but to get out of there on time.
From what I've heard, as long as an SP takes in a client before 11:00 and the front door is locked by 11:00 or shortly after, bylaw will not raise a stink.

i would like to apologize to you Mick. i know you have posted positive reviews. it just seems like you have been on a bit of a war path lately. maybe i am wrong. and i know you have endorsed Kendra. who may very possibly be my fav SP. i totally agree with you on the "earning my respect instead of demanding it". i feel the same way. that is why i only see the girls that i do. because they have always earned my respect. and i hope that i have earned theres in return.
I've had issues with long waits for SPs and what not - but those were resolved with the SP or the management with discounts, make-up sessions and what not. And not just at Legends either, I've had plenty of long waits, abbreviated sessions and going 1/2 hr overtime over the years. Fantasy was notorious for their chaotic scheduling.

So I am looking a little silly now and wont be out pooning for six weeks or so.

Seriously though, this is not unique to Legends and none of us should make it out to be and especially not as "see they are still fuckin' up". All the popular studios have or had this problem. To me I see it as legitimate mistake, too busy, or bad scheduling. Ive been the recipient of all three and combinations of them and at various studios. And Ive been on the better end as well. But thats how it goes. Does notaclue have issue to be upset-of course-and I would think said studio will offer remedy to the issue if thats what he is looking for. If he decides to give them another chance, good for him and the same if he chooses not to return-good for him. When it comes down to it, all we can do is wait or walk. He chose to wait and it didnt pan out and gave a good write up here. In the scenario he described, I would have walked, said shit, no action for me tonight, maybe tomorrow, but Ill give the studio a call or pm (if applicacble) 'cause I didnt like what happened.

Scheduling problems and overtime sessions and clients coming in late is not the issue here. We're all humans and we're prone to err. The problem is ripoff schemes like the one Dakota pulled off despite being fully aware that she will not be able to complete the hour. That is the problem.

We are sorry that some growing pains have caused such an uproar! We would like to say that we look forward to reading the reviews. Yes we know that not all of them are going to be positive ones. We just ask that you critique in such a way that it does not come across as an attack. I have been standing in line waiting for the breakfast at Smitty's .....HUNGRY as can be.....mouth watering and the wait just seems endless. I am not thinking in my head that they just do not care about me. I am thinking why they must have some really good food here for there to be this many people here. Waiting is never fun...sorry for all those who have waited in the rooms...those of you wait well you know your hunger is satisfied!

There are lots of services/businesses where things back up. One of my pet frustrations is the practise in the golf industry where if there's frost or rain, all the early tee times get backed up and those of us who prefer to play later wind up with the risk the early birds took. not fair, but the way it is. doctors, haircuts, you name it, shit does happen. that said, if it is a recurring, regular prob, it's also fair to hope that the business/industry would do something about it. 2 obvious suggestions have already been made on this thread - it seems to me that some combo is appropriate: first, allow some buffer time (maybe it doesn't need to be 15 minutes, but rather 5 or 10 - going back to the golf example, a local course went from 8 minutes between rounds to 9 and actually increased their business!) and if an appointment is going to be cut short, then (a) give the guy the option to bail & (b) pro-rate the price...

Well I had paid in advance so I said I wanted the whole hour and then to call the Paramedics. As it happens EMS had a busy night and were slow in responding so I ran over my time by a couple of minutes.
