It would be nice to have LE or lawyers comment on this. In the past, Communication was the crime, and in this case that would have happened, and it's likely that as soon as we have handed over payment, we have paid for it, even though it might not be delivered. C-36 was such a cuck up. The whole trade should have just been decriminalized except for extreme justice for abuse, involving minors and human trafficking.
