Hello all,

I've noticed that some of the - admittedly likely b&s - Asian listings in town, are stating a location of 925 Leon. I know this is a nice building, and wondering if the quality of Asian SPs operating there are any better from those at De Montreuil Court?

Ive frequently seen the asians at De Montreuil and they are hit and miss but avoid the ones that are offering bbfs for obvious reasons

I thought that Demontreiul Crt providers were all bait and switch artists. A 35+ year old lady runs multiple LL ads and multiple accounts with different pics and phone numbers. I read many negative reviews on Perb about it.
