This seems like yesterday , but was 4 years ago today`with all we all have going on in our lives and the ongoing strife all over the world(not just NO)take a sec to remember what happened that day,,,,,,where were you?,what were your thoughts as you saw what was happening before your eyes?

Take a sec and reflect on what was such a bad day and ask yourself if you really have it so bad.

Carry on kidds

I was crossing over Kingsway at Nanaimo around 9am.....I think. Going to the Mohawk to get some fags (for her) and some munchies to start our sleep over. This was back in my SW GF days.

Listening to this on Rock 101 I thought it was some kinda joke since Bro Jake fukks around so much, but it wasn't.

I know exactly where I was and what I was doing when I learned of the first plane going into the tower. I remember seeing in total disbeilf as the 2nd plane went into the tower. I remember think how is that possible. How could 2 airplanes be that far off their approach to JFK. I remember thinking, there is a ATC out there who has screwed up royally. How could this be happening.

I then heard there were 2 or 3 more planes that could not be accounted for. Holly shit, we are under attack.

I was asleep at a friend's place when her sister called to see if we'd seen the news yet. We spent the next few hours watching CNN and other news.

I remember the cold chill I felt when, after hearing that the skies were being cleared of all commercial traffic, I heard an airplane flying over while I was outside having a smoke.

I remember driving past the airport for like the billionth time in my life and being totally amazed at all the airplanes parked on the runway and taxiways.

I hope there is never another day like that.

I was working in an office tower when I heard the news. I couldn't help but look outside and watch the jets land at the airport out in the distance. Needless to say, nobody got any work done that day.
