I was there a while back, so forgive me if I'm foggy on details. As I recall, the place is inside a hair and nail salon, the former business there must also have been a hair salon. Anyways, the manager doesn't like to advertise the massages too overtly but there is a sandwich board outside the front door.
I called them up, based purely on the fact that they were new and I just wanted to test the waters. Showed up at the appointed time, and was met by a 35-40'ish Chinese woman, not too bad but definitely new to the work. Her massage skills were actually really good, you could tell that she'd had some real training. No teasing during the session, not even on the flip. But after the flip, the towel came down below the waist (purely from the movement of the massage, I didn't nudge it down) and she didn't adjust it. Junior was exposed, and at the end of the session, she asked if I needed some attention there too. I agreed, and asked how much, she had to run out to the ask the manager, and they both came in while I'm in the birthday suit. Fee of $40 for HE was agreed upon, and so the manager left us alone. The masseuse was pretty timid about the HE, but she soldiered through it, not too bad but she just wasn't really into it. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and say that I was probably her first client for such services.
During the HE, I was content to just lay back and enjoy. Didn't ask if I could touch, I didn't sense that she'd be too open to it anyways. Fairly plain, 5'7", 125 lbs, some English, 35-40ish. I'd repeat, at least just to see who else might be available. On the way out, the manager tried to promote the hair salon aspect of the business, and quietly mentioned that if I do come back for a haircut then to avoid bringing up the massage services in front of the stylist. Pretty clear that she wants to keep the side business on the downlow.
