having their WeChat won't help they won't book an appointment unless you call them - it only shows who's working that day.

Use your translater and text in chinese.... you may get a message...or voice message... voice message may not help..... but text you could always translate it back to English. ....

They've always responded to my English texts, as have other shops that use wechat to operate. Sometimes they respond to me in Chinese but it's acceptable.

Have you done a search for "pooner" phone? You know, a side phone.... there were like 3 threads earlier in the month or last month, I have written extensively on this.
When I have more time, I'll dig it up and paste it in here... in the mean time, do a search for pooner phone alternative, if you have smart phone, that's all you need.
