will I thought I would give this place one more try.so I booked a 630 appointment and when I got there the door was locked and the lights were off.I then phoned and said I had a 630 appointment the lady said that a walk in came and asked if I could come back at 730 I said ok.So I arrived at 730 and again the door was locked so I phoned again and she said the customer asked for a extra hour I said what about my appointment she replied walk ins are important ,I guess I learned my lesson from this place

That is just crap behaviour by these ladies then. Sounds too much like Crystal Massage where I will never set foot in again, don’t care anything about appts. Walk-ins in my opinion should never get priority if someone has made effort to make appt but these places just seem to be make as much $ and who cares about doing right thing.

You guys are right to be upset. Unfortunately they do it because they can. It’s exactly the same reason crappy SP’s continue to survive in this town. For every pissed off dude there are 3 more out there who either don’t read reviews or put up with nonsense like this. Because guys are horn dogs who will put up with all kinds of shenanigans when it comes to pussy, these places can survive even when they treat their customers poorly. The pussy business follows none of the normal economic or business models.

100% agree. It's not just limited to this particular place either. (I have been to 353 a couple of times and it wasn't for me) I took a month off from one of the spots I frequent, as they weren't giving very straight answers on appointments. Their competition has benefitted greatly from this. I recently went back, and had no problems with the sp I regularly see. The last time I booked, got a confirmation of a time, walked in, and was very nonchalantly told it would be about a 1/2 hour. They'd obviously taken a walk in.

It's all about the cash. The sp apologized. It wasn't her fault. This has happened more than enough times for me to stop going there for good. Jethro is correct. Vote with your wallet. Let the other 3 guys keep them going. It will either keep them afloat, or the other 3 will eventually figure it out for themselves.
