24 Season 3: Body Count

Its time once again for the rollercoaster ride that is 24. I missed season 1 but i followed season 2 from start to finish. I personally thought it was over the top but as i watched each episode i found myself wanting to see how the next episode unfolded. So here we are with season 3. I thought for a lark that i would try to keep a body count of those who were killed in the episodes. Ya i'm that messed up.

Tonight was episodes 1 and 2 combined for a 2 hour romp. Tomorrow will be episodes 3 and 4 for another 2 hour show.

Who died in episode 1

1) David Palmer.......assassinated
2)Michele.......car explosion
3)Bad guy @ refinery................Killed by Jack Bauer with a knife
4)Bad guy @ refinery................first shot by Chloe (multiple times) and then shot by Jack Bauer in cold blood.
5)Bad guy @ refinery................shot at while driving in his car. Car crashed. Driver then seen as dead. Cause of actual death unknown. Was it the crash or being shot? (Some of you might have the answers)

Episode 2

No one died. We were off to such a good start and then they pulled the plug for episode 2 with the body count. Oh well there always episode 3.

Who thinks that the actress who plays Chloe is terrible? There are so many talented female women who can act in Hollywood yet they chose this chick for the part as Chloe. Go figure.

Episodes 3 and 4 tomorrow.

Let's not forget the security guards shot in the airport - I think 3 of them were shot?

Chloe's character, although annoying, is, I think, very well acted.

Too bad Michelle got nuked, she looked good in the little red titty top.

The fat whiny computer guy should be sent on a field op to a burger king and shot there.

I laughed myself silly at your scenario for FWCG.....the thought of the burger anguish is hilarious!

I guess his character serves it's purpose but ya just know he will be the guy to do something dumb....although I thought it was a wee bit cruel when the off'd his mom last year!

It will no doubt be another interesting year on 24....

yes, each episode occurs in real time during a 24 hour period. The episodes themselves are on days that are months/years apart although the stories are tethered together.

Ok i stand corrected its season 5 not 3. Yes i just started watching 24 last year.

I also forgot about the dude who killed himself by cyanide in the bathroom.

That was in episode 2.

So we have 6 dead.

Yeah, it still takes place in 24 hours, if it was 2 days and 21 hours they'd have to call it 69 and put it on the Playboy Channel.

I hear they plan to make a boxed set after this season and sell it as "120."

Well well the body count rises in episodes 3 and 4.

We have...

7) Hostage answering cell phone at the Ontario Airport.........shot in the back.
8) Hostage exacuted in terminal

Episode 4

9) third hostage exacuted........shot in the head.
20) Using my DVR i counted 11 terrorrists shot dead by CTU

Thats 20 dead in 4 hours.

I still hate Chloe and her character. As DT would say "your fired."

I'm thinking that Spencer who was banging Chloe in the first episode is not the guy he seems. Just my hunch.

I also think that Mrs. Logan the first lady is a hottie. In a MILF sort of way.
Anyone have thoughts on tonights episodes?
