I made an appointment one day in advance, although they also accept walk-ins. I already expected that the person in the photos might not be the same, but I definitely did not expect to be greeted by an older woman who did not speak English and had to use her phone to communicate.
As soon as I arrived, she invited me to go to the room, but I explained that I had an appointment and that she was not the person I booked. She said the girl I requested was busy and asked if I was okay with her instead.
I declined and left. I ended up going to Provencher instead, which I will review in another post.
Note: That was my first attempt at giving a massage with a happy ending, but I've moved on.
