When you buy a stock, the P/E ratio is a good indication if the stock is a good long term investment.
If you are playing the speculative stock market, the US governments knows about 1 day in advance of some things that will happen. Any body related to government that has the information is not to use it for their own benefit, or give to other persons for financial gain. Its called insider trading and violates every government ethical code known...

If you are playing the speculative approach to the stock market, You are at the bottom of the pyramid scheme... Yours is the money that makes the people at the top of the pyramid the money....
1. supply and demand
2. People are not going to pay 3X the price of fuel at the pumps and they will look for alternate sources of energy.
3. The US economy is not so good these days, corporations are only going after profits and getting rid of the people who got them their in the first place (the workers).

So you see nothing but bad times in the near future....the rise in oil prices is just the start, and the engine (oil) that runs our societies is drying up or being restricted in some way.
Right now across the world oil infrastructure is being targeted in Russia, India, Iran, Pakistan, to name a few, causing the shortage of oil in those countries... The strait of Hormuz is restricting supply to China too....
Trump has opened a hornets nest, that he should not of provoked. Israel is starting to launch its genocide for more land too, all under the watchful eye of Trump (sarcasm here).....

Insider trading isn't just immoral. It is illegal. Remember the Galleon group? Its founder Raj Rajaratnam went to jail for insider trading.

If you think this applies to Trump and his family and friends and anyone else with a fuck-ton of money/power; I'm afraid you're mistaken.

Why go after some grunt who made $400,000.00? Go after the fuckers that trade 13 minutes before trump flaps his mouth. and make $400,000,000.00 on insider trading. Sometimes the media needs to be called out as fake.
How is this "fake"? It was reporting a story of an inside bet made by someone who had advanced info. Just because you object to the injustice of it, it doesn't make it "fake".

I agree that if they're going to go after this guy then they should look at ALL insider trading as Representative Anna Paulina Luna called for:

" Representative Anna Paulina Luna called for the pardon of a U.S. special forces soldier charged after allegedly profiting from a $400,000 Polymarket bet tied to the capture of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro.

The Florida Republican said on X that prosecuting the soldier, U.S. Army Master Sergeant Gannon Ken Van Dyke, 38, while allowing members of Congress to engage in unchecked insider trading amounts to unequal justice.

She posted, "Maybe not a popular take but I am calling for this guy to be pardoned. Unless the DOJ plans on going after all the crooks in congress currently insider trading, this is simply skewed justice. There is no 'justice' when guys like this get the book thrown at him yet members are illegally profiting every day. I don’t agree with what he did and he should be required to disgorge all the profits however, unless the DOJ plans on doing Congress next, this is not justice." "

But as we all know the odds of that happening wouldn't be a good bet.

Lol, who needs insider trading... All of a sudden the maga sheep wanna put forth a bill to fund the playroom by the taxpayer and the minions cheer it yet trump said he already had the $400,000,000 funds secured from private donations

Either there was no money or he pockets another large bag and maga continues their suckling, lol

Fake, as in they don't go after the big stories anymore. They have become fearful of retribution and retaliation.
Jimmy Kimmel made a joke and Melanoma wants ABC to lose their broadcast license.
It is now illegal to criticize members of the regime.
Charles the First got his head chopped off for trying that shit.

Well I guess not wanting to have to deal with a possible frivolous multi-million dollar lawsuit or massive pressure from a government intent on silencing criticism could influence whether a story gets published or not. However Newsweek isn't shy about calling out Trump's B,S,

Search Results:

" Newsweek regularly criticizes the Trump administration, primarily through data-driven reporting on declining approval, critical story selection, and expert commentary. While the outlet maintains a Center bias rating, its coverage of Trump is consistently more negative than positive, reflecting both journalistic trends and broader public sentiment. The criticism is not always overt but is evident in framing, polling emphasis, and thematic focus on controversy and discontent. "

Nice quote, however people are making decisions these days based on the possibility of not having work/money. I'm not saying it's right. Just reality.

Thats a very true statement. Definition of bad and good is very subjective. Until it hits someone personally, its good, bad otherwise.

Court-ordered tariff refunds bypass consumers who paid

Chief Justice John Roberts wrote the Constitution gives Congress alone the power to impose tariffs during peacetime and that Congress never clearly delegated that authority to the president. Trump called the ruling “an unnecessary and expensive slap in the face” to the United States.

“Due to the way the tariffs were collected, the legal recipient of most refunds will be the U.S.-based firm that physically paid the tariff at the time of importation,”

At least two major companies, FedEx and UPS, have said they will refund customers. Costco CEO said on an earnings call earlier this year that, if the company receives tariff refunds, “our commitment will be to find the best way to return this value to our members through lower prices and better values.”

America rampant with presidential Executive Orders ever since interested Libertarian financial partners asked Obama to sign President John F Kennedy's Executive Order purportedly dismantling the Federal Reserve Bank instituted in 1913 and replace with government-issued money backed by silver.

AI Overview today claims Kennedy actually did sign EO 11110, a routine directive that amended a previous 1951 order, granting the Secretary of the Treasury the authority to issue silver certificates while the government transitioned to $1 and $2 Federal Reserve notes. The authority used to issue some currency, but following Kennedy’s assassination, these notes were quickly removed from circulation by subsequent administrations.

Trump survives the most attempted assignations, 6 attempts of a US president in history. Obama, 5 attempts.

No one thing in history surpasses the destructive power of the world environment in terms of encroachment than the rampant money printing created by the Federal Reserve Act clandesently passed during Christmas break 23 December 1913.

In 1913, the global population was approximately 1.8 to 2 billion, and as of 2024–2025, it has surpassed 8.1 billion.
