Canadian teams were up a combined 4-0 this round. All of a sudden it's 4-all & momentum has swung the other way.

When the Oilers were up 2-0 there was an article claiming they were the favs. Now i suppose it's the Pens, even with Crosby's future in question & the Capitals outshooting them badly. Who'd have guessed Fleury would save them.
The Pens just have so much depth even with the injuries they've been dealing with all season long. Fleury started the season well covering for Murray after he got hurt playing for NA in the Gimmick( World Cup). He played well during the entire season that's why the Pens kept him as cover for another cup run.

What a gut-wrenching defeat for the Oilers last night. Up 3-0 with under three minutes left, and end up losing in OT.

If they can psychologically come back from that, they deserve to win the whole enchilada.

Just as the sun sets in the west, the Ducks are blowing game 6. Do you guys think they will lose 5 straight game 7 at home Wednesday? I turned off the tube 1st period 4-0. What a joke.

They came back from 2 & 3 down the last two games. But 5 might be a bit much even for the cum back kids.

Game 7 a coin flip. Previous coin flips have no bearing on the next one.

Though perhaps the length of the series gives a bit of an advantage to the legs of youth. Home ice & experience to the Ducks.

I may be being facetious when I say, you could miss one helluva comeback game. 6-0 opening the 2nd period is insane!
However, turning off the theatrics will leave you subjected to highlights. (Unless you pvr) I love watching the intensity of teams with a wide margin and backs against the boards.

Did the Oilers ever bring it tonight!!! There was just no way they were going to be eliminated at home. Of the 8 goals I saw in the first two periods, I think the Kassian goal might have been my favourite...

In the past couple of years, I switched from watching the canucks to watching the raptors and the blue jays. What do I do now? I haven't watch a full inning of the jays yet because of their terrible start.

The Jays are in the lowest hell. There's nowhere else to go but up. If you're a gambling man, you know what to do.

Double header game 7's tonight. Does it get any better than that?

And a very good chance for a 2nd Canuck team to make it into the "final four".

I'm just glad we are done with having to witness Hughson and Simpson working each others Oil-drenched cocks- and you can throw that Alberta butt-plug Hrudey into the center, tugging them both for a gleeful three-way Oily fist fest.

Hughson is a known massive Canucks homer and Simpson loves the Flames. Sportsnet pays them to be Canada obsessed, as annoying as it is. And this is coming from someone who vehemently despises the Oilers but they had a pretty remarkable regular and post season, they deserve the praise.

I remember Hughson from his radio days on CKNL in FSJ in the 80s- yes, a massive 'Nucks homer for sure.
And the Oil does deserve some praise- primarily for showing they can succeed without McJesus showing up on the score sheet, RNH and Ebbs just taking up space and a suspect defense maturing earlier than expected (love that Benning kid, he played minor with my nephew).
But all the SportsNet blather alluding to the fresh "Canada's Team- Western Edition" is enough to make any true Canuck fan want to puke.

Ducks over Preds in 6/7. (Perry and Cogliano finally step up, Silfverberg has a monster series).
Sens over Pens in 6/7. (Karlsson is the MAN! Anderson dominates in goal).
Ducks over Sens in 7. (I believe this is destiny- the Oil gave the Quacks the scare they needed. Gibson reaches his potential. So sorry, Alex- please prove me wrong!)
Take it to the bank!
