So when I log on after a couple days not seeing Perb, I find a nice topic I might want to contribute to. Sometimes it takes a couple of days for a thread to get interesting with debate. Then the mod shuts it down. Just after that, is when I log in... missing the debate...
One topic that usually is ingnored by all, it that society (thats everyone) is the cause of many problems and society has to solve them but is unwilling to take charge and fix the problems....
Most threads are closed due to an Jackass calling another Jackass a Jackass....
The thread gets shut down....
So the last one started by CB said like "😲 on 🍆 long time". "No 💪/🏋️‍♀️ 🍆 or ✋🍆".

I think the closing of threads usually, is when the trolls go at it and the whole thing degenerates into racism or other -ism crap. Or it can also be that the topic has been beat to death in that and other threads. And as 80watts noted, also when general shit gets flung like chimpanzees duking it out in a shit fest.

Lately when I see a recent thread being closed sure enough it has more than one of those posters I ignored along the way.

Yeah I agree with the comments. I just had a thread closed down because of the inability of some members to control themselves. Too bad as the issue presented a different version of events on a topical matter. I found the material interesting and thought others would benefit from the some information that presented a previously unknown side of the event ( well, to me anyway) that I thought others might enjoy reviewing. Unfortunately because of the small minds that inhabit the dark corners of Perb the thread was shut down very quickly. While I respect the decision of the Mod I realize that while I grow older some Perb members never grow up.
