I am somewhat new to this hobby and have had 1hr and half hour sessions . I started doing the half hour sessions when I began and found I was going over the time . Thankfully in all 3 instances the provider let me finish and did not kick me out. I have had a couple 1hr sessions but found if they dont offer msog its not worth it . In both sessions I didnt last as long as I would have liked and just sitting on the bed chattting knowing I ain't gonna get another go really sucks and just want to leave . I would prefer the 1hr sessions but with no msog offered I would just stay with the half hour session. Can you guys and gals give me so names of providers that offer msog.

Hey man welcome to our world. I have being pooning since 2014 so I can give you an advice. It also depends on girls and services they provide. With Asian girls like Korean SPs 1 hour is definitely worth a session because they have this technique to "warm you up" before session. I mean by warm up like pussy rubbing, tit rubbing, kissing ext. The best way to find out if a SP allows msog is to ask them. If questions are polite most SPs are willing to explain what services they include or may be available at extra cost.
I used to do 30 min sessions, but I find with the pre and post shower, it leaves very little time. I always do an hour now. I also know the things that I love the most are the things that won't make me blow, so I pace it close to perfectly everytime. 45 min is a good sweet spot though I have to say.
