I have been messaging the numbers listed in these ads as I love Asians, and have yet to find a legitimate provider besides Yuki. They have all told me that they’re at 1400 Quadra or 1500 Market.
However, after messaging a few ads this weekend, I got a threatening scam message demanding a “fine” for wasting their time with a graphic photo and all.
I highly recommend staying away.

Apparently it’s a well-known scam. I did not realize it at the time, so it was a little alarming. I also got a phone call. I did not pick-up, and they did not leave a voice mail. They sent a follow-up text 20 minutes later, but they seemed to give up after it became apparent that I wasn’t taking the bait.
Some very mixed information here about the scams and @Wolf082020 actually going there (even though he didn't partake) and not experiencing any of these scams.
Well it seems to be a revolving door of ladies coming and going from this new location.

Visited twice, two different ads, same lady. I'd say she's about 40, small figure, decent looks. Service was okay but not exceptional. Ad claimed she was 19 years old lol. Classic Asian scenario.
