Just curious the point of screening if it's just a perb profile... How does that keep them safe?

PERB profile with number of legit reviews tell them you are not just time waster.
I was told, there is black list of clients only paid prividers have access to.
At least something to lean on.
There is no obsolute thing which can keep them safe. It is an occupational hazard, if you will.
