If DATY is not to be on the menu, no problem if some synthetic lube is used beforehand.
BUT if DATY might be on the menu, keep the synthetic lube bottled up. Hate the taste and it can always be used later if needed.
That being said, ladies can be dry (or during a session can become dry) for a number of reasons - whether she's turned on, warm-up time, body chemistry, fluid intake, medication, time of month, etc.. Unless you have a pencil-thin dick, be considerate and let her use some lube if she thinks she needs it. If she's too dry it's easy for her to get micro-lesions in the surface of the skin that can not only make it uncomfortable but can also increase her risks. If you're cut, try giving yourself a vigorous handjob without lubrication for an hour and see how it feels.
I like to minimize the need for synthetic lube, forget going for the MSOG record (which generally means no warm-up time for her) and instead follow the 80/20 rule used in business. Book an hour and spend 80% in sexual foreplay, and only the last 20% in penetration. You may find you have to reach for a towel rather than for the synthetic lube. Of course, if you find this doesn't drastically diminish the need for and/or amount of synethetic lube required by the ladies you see then you really do need to work on your foreplay technique.
