I also recognize the room from other Ads but the fact that they posted the exact same ad 29 times in one week seems like It may be a red flag , I could be wrong though .

Does look tempting though .

This ad leads to the same apartment. I have been to this apartment twice and can attest to its veracity.
However, I have never seen the woman in the gold miniskirt pictured in the ad, but the apartment is local to Burnaby.
So unless whoever took the photos in that first link hired a model to pose to bait you into coming, I would not have any reason to believe it would not be the same female that would await you upon arrival.
Photos in these links below are fake though are fake though. Yet the text/ style/tone of the advertisements are identical.

Change in names and pics, text, text formatting and numbers are the same
Text them and they confirm the pictures are “real”.
Anticipate that you are tossing your money away
Actually just stay home and burn the money… at least you will save on the gas.
