I had an appointment booked for brandon for sat at 10 am..everything was confirmed by email and said it was a go..i phoned her friday night and she said she wouldnt be in brandon till 2.30 so appt was changed..i sent an email on saturday morning at 10.30 saying i will be there and sent her...
