I once texted an SP to tell her I was on my way. Her male partner replied that she was just getting out of the shower, and would be ready to see me soon. That made the whole situation a little weird for me.

I don’t like being asked to disclose personal information, having to deal with a complicated screening process, or being asked to pay a deposit.
