I do in a high rise building high up facing west. Middle gate - Metro town view -- and yes, during the heat dome it's very hot, but, as I said, take away the heat dome, the overall temp in Metro Van summer is fine. I don't need an A/C as temps are much cooler when the heat wave diminishes...
