Someone booked the shower? That sounds awesome. I've only ever done 1 hr appointments there and have had a shower each time. But I've started to let them know beforehand that I want to freshen up before getting started. I agree it would suck counting on one and then not having the option.

I've only ever been led to 1 shower at IF as well and I don't consider this unfortunate. The cleaning part of my experience is minimal - I'm there to get dirty after all.
