I believe you still have to text the SP and arrange a time. When I went it was after hours and the SP came down and met me at the front door at street level of the office building. I've have not heard of it being a drop in centre.

In my opinion 2-3 hours is quite reasonable. 10 hours later after midnight is a bit extreme IMHO. Thank you for input...all of you previous to this thread.:)

When I saw Nina it was out of a business on Lonsdale.
