I think it stopped pre-2010 Olympics in the Seymour/Helmcken area, they tried to clean that up before the world came to town. Around that time many of the bars also closed down and condos were built (RIP Richard’s on Richards). There was still solid talent to pick up in DTES until like 2015-16...
