I have four dogs, one by choice, the other three were strays I took in and care for. I wouldn't give any of them away now, for any reason, they are great!

Just walk around your neighborhood, randomly handing out $20 bills to strangers. It is actually a better use of your money, you will make the day of many strangers, and it is better than sending a whole bunch to one scammer. Its probably some fat old man in his mother's basement getting rich.

Think about how close you have to be to someone, to give them a ticket. Better write themselves a ticket while they are at it. If they ask for ID just cough a lot on it, before handing it to the douche bag.
