A professionally written ad. No excessive emojis, slang, typos, hostile negative language (example - 10 bullets of "no's") , trashy photos, or cliche statements (ie. "Good service isn't cheap and cheap service isn't good".. if you have to say it... 🙄). You usually find this with lower end...

I think it's a combination of by laws and demand. Years ago I remember there being a lot more happening in the wee hours of the morning but with significant risk. You'd count yourself lucky if you just found a provider with a bad attitude.
