Who knew it was so complicated? I just put the correct amount in my wallet ahead of time, with an extra bill for a tip, if warranted, and count it out on arrival. I once used an envelope and it felt as stupid and pointless as using colours to describe amounts.

Yes they sometimes did. And sometimes a pitcher didn't throw as far outside as he wanted. And sometimes a pitcher lost a grip. And sometimes a catcher flubbed a catch. The point is - Unexpected things happen when players have to throw the ball.

There should be a rule that you can't intentionally walk any player more than once in a game. Let the fans see the best hitters, and make managers use some strategy.
