Plenty of us happily accept EFTs. As long as people claim at least the amount of $ they accept electronically on their tax returns, they'll be golden. Applying for apartments, mortgages etc does require a decent verifiable income.

I'm happy to accommodate if I can! My current incall might be a bit tight with doorways/hallways, although the building and suite can be accessed with zero stairs. I am in the process of lining up a new space, and I believe it should be a bit easier access - feel free to reach out for more info...

Maybe this was already your intention, but you'd likely have more luck with this request for an outcall. Many providers host in apartments or condos where they couldn't accommodate the request even if they were open to it. :)
