If you are only a few weeks away from being in shape, no SW is going to give a shit either way. They want you to be hygienic and polite and not gross and pay them. What you are probably looking for are the best actors.

There are zero benefits for an SW to tell a client they are not going to see them anymore and many many negatives if they were to do this.
