I am not sure that you are correct. I wonder what the ratio of criminal to domestic shootings are in the US. I suspect that it is much higher than in Canada, simply due to the easy access to guns.

Correct me guys if I am wrong but I believe that in the Canadian military you can start drinking once you join up. I am fairly sure it was like that years ago.
