Hi folk, Anyone frequenting VME have noticed last few months that responses to booking/ques have become slower compared to before?!? I know Valentina is absolutely fantastic and I’m sure it’s not her and maybe it’s a new handler who is not as customer focused as Valentina. Thoughts anyone?
