NDA’s/Mutual Confidentiality Agreements

I can’t seem to find much in the lounge about this beyond the political threads. I’m looking to make people feel more secure with the onslaught of scams that seem to be ever growing.
This is possibly a concern of high-profile and attached individuals as well. Give the Indy SP’s your thoughts about written agreements between clients and escorts (as I’m not certain this can reasonably be extended into the agency/AMP sectors. Hesitations, concerns, endorsing comments, etc, please post below! :)

May something fabulous happen for you today!

Wouldn’t NDA or any legal documents require legal names from all parties, which in most cases here are not used? I could be wrong interpreting your post.
Legal names are not always required for an NDA to be valid or enforceable in British Columbia.
An NDA can potentially be signed using a professional alias or pseudonym, provided the parties can be sufficiently identified and the other requirements of an enforceable agreement are met.

Both parties sign using their professional or preferred names.
Each person provides a consistent, verifiable contact method.
The agreement is dated and electronically signed.
A secure record is retained showing both agreed to the document.

Considering many ladies require a legit personal number (not a texting app), which may reveal a lot, I figured this might be worth discussing.

*I’ve had a prior boss become a client not knowing that this was my night gig while I was at his practice during the day (he was a walk-in).

Well I for one, regarding my pooning, would not be entertaining any kind of NDA, letter of intent, written permission to get it on and you can come up with a list as long as you wish of whatever legalities, pseudo or not..
Nope, hard no way from et moi. If that is worth anything to anyone.

I'm with the master on this one. For me, signing any sort of paperwork would kill the mood and I would question it's effectiveness anyways if push came to shove. Full disclosure - I'm not one to get worried about these sort of things so my bias is likely coming through.

The only thing that ever stopped me from going into politics or doing something with a public/higher profile was this hobby.

An NDA might protect me from one SP but would do little regarding those I have seen in the past or present or future.

If you want the NDA to be legally enforceable, you should have a lawyer involved, or one for each side to be able to prove that the agreement was entered into freely, without coercion and with legal advice. Lots of NDAs get invalidated due to overly punitive or coercive language.

There are very few rich folks that would bother with that, they have been mentioned in some situation with famous folks and sex workers, so it does happen however.

Many moons ago I was in Vegas for a conference. I meet a couple of guys at a session, we hit it off and end up going for dinner. Many drinks in and after a great steak, the senior member of the group leans over to me and asks if i want to join them for the rest of the night's adventure and, if I do, I'd have to sign an NDA. I signed.

I partook in many sips of high priced booze, more strippers, strippers, more providers than strippers and a ton of debauchery. I did not partake in the cocaine and other drugs. If I ever tell you who I was with or specific details of the evening I am on the hook for lotsa lotsa moola.

At one point in my life I considered an NDA for hobbying but never pulled the trigger. I also have a concern for workers who enter into these if the session ends up going poorly or they are abused or injured. Just be careful about these ladies and as the Mod says, always talk to a lawyer about these things.

I understand that you are trying to put your clients at ease; however from a pooners perspective; we want as little of a footprint as possible (unless we're talking Dom/sub then leave all the marks you want  ).

I think that if criminal activity (an assault) were involved, the the NDA would be invalid. Otherwise we could sign them and commit all sorts of crimes and go unpunished.

I wouldn't sign one. If it were signed "John Smith" it may be a little hard to enforce unless there was some sort of identifying information.
