Buying dream car or 40 dates

Have of dilemma of buying a project dream car or having 40 dates

Car runs and drives almost mint condition for the year. There’s room for small improvements. nothing crazy or expensive almost perfect to my taste. If I go with this project I’ll have to stop pooning for a year or I can not buy the car and have about 40 - 50 dates at 350$.

Anyone in the same situation!? Hehe

i hope that you are aware about the potential ban on all combustional engines in the next 5 to 8 years from now...

unless your dream car is dmc delorean that can hover and fly, slap on a tesla engine and go for it.

Not gonna happens that quick buddy that doesn’t bother me a tiny bit lol. They may stop manufacturing fuel vehicles but there’s tons of old gas cars that will remind on the roads.I appreciate your input though 🙏

Who is going to ban ICE vehicles? Right now Trump is removing many of the restrictions on the manufacture of ICE vehicles and allowing gas-guzzlers to be made by the Big 3.

A. Dang I’m happy I bought that Corvette 30 years ago; the blue was so deep and it got a lot of looks.

or

B. Dang, I remember in 2026 when I didn’t buy that car and met with Chloe 30 times for the most amazing sex of my life.

Don't be silly, not happening any time soon. Probably not within most of us' lifetime. They can ban manufacture of new ICE vehicles but they can't ban the ones already made off the roads.

That ban will not happen in that timeframe. There's nowhere close to enough electrical production or capacity for that to be possible. There's 50 years left of gasoline at least.

As for the question, the car. Everytime. A dream car cannot be beat, especially when you consider at some of your dates may be amazing, others will be less so, but a new set of spark plugs last for years.

Doh! I was the foolish one, I did the 100+ dates instead of buying the dream car. I don't mind driving what I do now though and the 100+ dates were well worth the memory. It will go either way, you decide for yourself. I met some of the most amazing women (and some that were a rip off). You've got one life to live, again, decide for yourself which way fits you best.
