Providing a sense of what has changed in terms of the experience that you are providing would be the most basic piece of information.

I have no problem with rebrands though at times ladies who have bad reputations simply change their handle and look to fool the lads.

Be honest who you were before and the reason for the rebrand, there have been very successful rebrands on PERB one particular lady comes to mind, due to personal issues she made herself a very unpopular member who I banned numerous times but then she changed her ways and rebranded herself and is now a respected member (sort of;))

Hey everyone! I’m new here and I just underwent a rebrand. Question for the gents out there, what are your thoughts on rebrands and what can we do as providers to make the transition easier?
The changing of pricing is a red flag. Maintaining prior structure would help keep current client base in tow and not dissuade newer clients from opting to visit.

Otherwise it looks predatory and greedy when in reality nothing has changed about the provider.

If I was aware of you in the first place I might care....
Man you are off-putting… Maybe you should try smiling… 😉

Highly agree with this comment - especially if your boundaries changed or you’re looking to dabble in different branches of SW.

Every business sometimes goes through a rebranding. I know I’m not the same person I was 10 years ago. I’ve had names in the business that I’ve absolutely hated. I’ve changed my name at least 10 times. Every time I went to work in a different place, I’ve had to or chose to change my name. I’ve worked all over Canada and some places in the states. Service wise and looks wise I’ve always been relatively the same. Currently I’m 8 years sober so that’s a change too. As a spiritual human being I’m always evolving.

to the person that talked about rates. Rebranding often also includes restructuring of rates.

there’s a lot that goes into deciding what to charge. Neighborhood, modern facilities, nice furniture, personal upkeep, etc etc etc. not having pets everywhere 😜(that’s me. I have pets lol) . Rate change is not a red flag

Given the nature of pix in most ads that come along with the 'rebrand', those of us who enjoy occasional return dates with SP's we've enjoyed, lose track of those favourites.
Ph numbers are changed maybe new emails etc.
If the ad is generally the same with some distinguishing feature OK but a complete refresh I think will have the SP lose out on those repeats.
I get it that sometimes the rebrand is to leave the past behind but if not, I for one sure would like to be able to find that gal again.

Tbh when I see them they are mostly:
- SP changes name but not much else due to bad reviews. (Most basic low effort rebrand)
- rebrand associated with raising price. If the SP had a good rep I mainly react wondering why she just didn’t communicate the price increase and reason in the ad and continue with the brand recognition she had

IMO if it’s just about raising prices Im not sure the effort and cost is worth it.

If it’s “buyers remorse” on the name, or a realization the name plus ad content is attracting totally crazed methed-out maniacs… well then I totally get it!

In doing it, just communicate well and the reasons behind it.

Fair enough. For my rebrand, I wanted to focus on my nerdy side and add on a new service to do with the nerdy side. (Sexy dungeon master service lol) I haven’t raised my rates either. I’m also thinking of doing more kinky gfe than regular gfe like I did previously.

Rebrands for the right reasons are all good. Be honest and you will be fine. Rebrands in an attempt to bury bad history, or just keep recycling names is a very big red flag. There's a provider in BC right now on her 10th or 11th name in the past month and a half. All bad service, new name, new text number, same pics. Not exactly rocket science to remember who she really is.

Unless I understand the reasons behind the rebrand, I just pass. I know I miss a few gems with this perspective. I know I miss many, many disappointments and maybe miss a mugging or two following this perspective. Funds are tighter, and miss is a bigger loss than it used to be, especially at the increased rates of the day.

I have to ask why you want to do a full rebrand in this case? Is it not possible to change your messaging, advertising etc… to reflect the new interests without the confusion that a name change can cause to clientele?

I see that your header here tells people your former name, which is awesome. Name changes have always puzzled me. I understand that we all evolve in our interests and personalities but to me someone who just disappears and pops up as someone completely new and unknown looses what good track record and reputation they may have had. Particularly in an industry where boards like this exist where potential clients will search for a new name find nothing.

My opinion on this may be tainted because I've been burned booking a girl who seemed new, gorgeous and interesting only to discover that it was an SP I’d seen before. Our first time together was one of the more awkward and unfulfilling sessions I’d had and I certainly would not have repeated with her.

Everyone can change their branding, offerings, lifestyle etc… but changing a basic personality is difficult and rare.

Personally, it was because while I had mentioned the nerdy side on my previous advertising, I'd definitely focused on just being for everyone whereas my new branding makes it clear I'm not for everyone. I don't know, I just wanted to have a bit of a do-over.

When rebranding cattle, that have been purchased from a neighbouring ranch….a different or transition area is chosen to display the owners mark…..we aren’t talking about the same thing are we.?
