Gentlemen, Being new to the sport, can you please tell me if tipping is expected above and beyond the rate set by an SP? If so, is there a usual percentage? I will be seing an SP shortly and will post review thereafter. Your advice is appreciated.

Another question...How willing are some of the independent SP's to provide a picture? For obvious reasons, many are obscured. Will they send additional photos on rerquest before a visit? Please let me know if you have any info.....Thanks.
