I gotta agree. Vancouver drivers are bad but take ANY driver from this city to someplace like Rome or Delhi and they wouldn't last a minute.

I've gotta agree that he messed up the Schneider trade, badly. In Luongo though, yes, they didn't get much but I think their goal was more to get him off their books and they (mostly) succeeded there. I'm not yet convinced that Tortorella is a significant part of the problem here though.

I'm not sure that $8M on a tram can compare to several billion... But planning for after the games is something Canada has done quite well, for all the games we have hosted but most effectively for Vancouver. All the major venues came with a plan to do something useful with them afterwards so...
