Sadly it takes a little while to weed through the ladies until we find a nice solid group of ladies worthy of working and staying here. And as you guys know, there are more unsatisfactory ladies then gems out there. This often results in a fast turnover, with only the worthy staying. Not to mention it is the slowest time of year in this business, with many ladies travelling north an such. Hang in there! We are on our way to only employing the best of the best!

topper, i agree. those kinds of comment on the PC website shows that the boss has an attitude problem. And if Kittie decides to move to a different studio, does that mean she was not "worthy", "weeded out" and "unsatisfactory"?
Perhaps some of the girls that left found the studio unworthy of themselves. Seems more often than not, regardless of the situation, when a girl leaves a studio, far too much gossip and speculation surrounds it. Sometimes guys are worse than women in a hair salon. I think that when girls retire, or change studios, their reasoning should be kept private by both the studio (and the girls there) and clients, and reasoning should not be speculated. In this town, girls have a lot of freedom to choose where they work. Who's to say they aren't leaving because it's too far of a drive?

Not since my visits to Cassidy (and that's some time ago) have I ever received even close to a full hour from one of Penthouse's SPs. Even my session with Malaysia (although pretty good) was only 40 minutes long. And that's counting the showers. When I saw Lexi, the receptionist was knocking on the door after only 30 minutes. I later found out that she is told by some of the SPs to do this.
It is well known that a famous gimmick at Penthouse is to let you sit in the room for about 10-15 minutes after your shower, before the girl comes back in. And this all counts towards your hour.
