I was going over the EC listings and there are several newer girls around the age of 20 listed there. They all provide outcall only which sort of makes me thing agency as well. Just makes me a bit suspicious. Jenn does look sweet though.

So I'm to assume the Agency service ends up costing more than any original agreed upon amount? Is that the main complaint? I've reads tons on this board about the Agency treatment but haven't heard how that differs from an indepedent. I've read enough to stay away, obviously, but was curious...

Agency girls not only try to get as much as possible for the session but want to get out as soon as possible to get to other sessions. More sessions they can get in a day the better for them sand for the agency. Their driver waits for them and even calls to hurry the girl up... they don't care about repeat business. I guess there are plenty of calls, or they are too stupid to understand when it gets slow, probably the agency ppl don't give a sht if clients are short changed...
Agencies: Winnipeg vs TO
I've never had an "agency" experience in Winnipeg, as my encounters have been with independent SPs. I had an email exchange with Jenn, but bowed out after this thread went up. Glad I did (thanks, guys, for getting the word out).
By contrast, I have had some exceptional experiences with agency-based SPs in TO. There is one agency in particular I can recommend as no BS, on time, no upsell, no creepy handlers that features great gals. I won't post the name here, as they are a Terb, not Perb, advertiser. If you're traveling to TO and want a recommendation pm me.
The lack of a quality agency-based service can't help but remind me that Winnipeg does lag behind in several areas (no rapid transit, underfunded post-secondary education, no decent strip clubs - lol). And to think we were once the fourth largest city in Canada. Sheesh!

I had recently seen Jenn. Even after reading this thread I was still intrigued by the pictures. She is the girl in the pictures but is definetly still green. CBJ was actually quite good with a lot of twisting of the head. Lots of energy at first when she mounted me CG.
She is a spinner for sure & I'm not even sure if that's my type anymore. Not a GFE but more business like. You can tell that she was quite new to the scene as she was very passive. Donations are typical for Winnipeg.

Contacted jenn recently as she says that she will do in-calls once ina while at a hotel. Would this be better if she's agency? Won't be running out to meet a driver.
Yeah... if only "agencies" were up front about their fees, like an MP. At an MP, you're giving the "agency" the room fee up front, which is a lot more than the room is worth. If the agency told you when you booked that "Hey, we're taking 50% of the first $200, so unless you tip the girl well, she's only making $100...", then things would be a lot different in the negotiation of "extra's" that shouldn't be extras....
With the independent market here so good and safe, there really is no reason for agencies at all. I don't know where they get all thier business from, or how they pay for those yellow page ads. And as for girls working for agencies, well... they really would do much better on their own...

Hey all, I met with her - in a downtown hotel - nice place, small room.
She met me in an absolutely ugly candy-cane style dress with hair-up and a little drunk... turned me off right away... she accomodated me by changing into a very cute little cloth mini and a tight shiny top, let her hair down and she looked 100% better. She admitted that she was photoshopped for the ad and she does not have flawless skin,and is maybe 21.
She was nervous at first - probably why she drank so much - but calmed down after her dress change. She expects 5 reds, what's up with the 5 red requests lately - I think 4 reds is a reasonable rate - bloody inflation... anyways, I renegotiated for 4 reds, she capitulated warmly.
She played nicely with herself, but seemed rushed to get going... she gave a very nice cbj, mid-way she pops up and says we'd have to cut it short because I didn't pay the full bill - great timing, I said no problem, she then sucked vigorously till the chimney blew, I tried to slow her down, but she wanted me off and out... As soon as I blew my wad, she was up and dressed and pushing me out the door - 35 mins into session.
Won't return... damn, sure wish Katie was back in action!
