Having lived in Montreal, and also having been back on business many times, Montreal is no doubt #1 in Canada, and as far as I am concerned Victoria is #2.

I have been to a limited number of foreign cities. San Jose would be my first choice for a return, with Prague number 2.
San Jose, Costa Rica. Visited 2 years ago. The best club from a price point of view (now called Little Havana Hotel) had mixed choices but best were superb both in looks and performance, $50 per hour) The place closed at 9 PM and the girls would come to your hotel room for $200 all night. Places like the famous Blue Marlin bar had a wide variety with many 10s, asking started at $100 USD/hour but YMMV. Not much to do in the city except poon, but country side is great for touring.
Prague. One visit 5 years ago. All visits were to a club that has since shut down. Mostly Russian women who were 7 to 9 in looks and 9 to 10 in performance ($100 USD per hour). Also gorgeous women at club K5 Relax. Women (not working) on the street were wonderful eye candy.
Amsterdam, last visit was 4 years ago. Some of the women in the Wallen red light district (RLD) were drop dead gorgeous. Spent time with one (Czech girl) who was in the same league as supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio. A wonderful memory. Also found a superb Spanish performer (10/10) using an Amsterdam website similar to PERB.
Frankfurt. Visited some years ago, but there were many great choices in brothels.
I now live in Victoria and we are fortunate to have a terrific selection.
