Um...the definition of a 'plot' is 'a story'. I have yet to see a Blake film with any real story. It's all just flashy visuals and a mild theme.

I saw a handful of '70s/'80s porn 'classics' on old VHS tapes back when I was in high school (you know the story: usually some friend would find a stack in his dad's closet ), and I have to say, they were pretty lame and annoying to try and sit through. To this day, I still have some of those cheesy soundtracks stuck in my head.

Interesting Films

Actually, the prorn films of the 70s/early80s were quite interesting. Limited by budget constraints but artistically ambitious. Where else will one see existential porn like Cafe Flesh or The Devil In Miss Jones? The stroke potential was lower then but the ambition was higher. It was an interesting experiment to integrate hardcore sex with artistically ambitious filmaking. Even the lighter fare like Blonde Ambition had interesting ideas going.

So true, I rented that Pirate of the Caribbean copy movie a couple years ago when it came out, the actors where awful! I didn't know anyone could truly act that bad. And there where like 5 or 6 sex scenes in the whole movie and all this costed me round 70 bux!
