I will admit it's gotten harder & harder to swallow her comments that they are on a budget, etc etc etc... when they get that amount of money per episode...

They had a question and answer episode not so long ago and someone asked them about intimacy. They declined to any real answer...meaning Jon never get's a piece of ass. I am not a regular watcher of the show, but from what I have seen she is nicer than when the kids were younger....

From what I understand you are not married with kids? I believe it is hard to truly empathize with a situation you haven't been in ...

Honestly, I think there are better (worse) people to waste my disdain on.

This show happens to be one of my guilty pleasures. I follow it pretty closely and have a good idea of what's going on. One thing I can guarantee is that the show will go on. Kate used to be a nurse and Jon was in the IT field. As far as I can tell neither of them have any other source of income other than the show. No show, no money. Simple as that.

All you need to watch is one episode to figure out that Kate is a bitch and treats Jon like a dog. I don't know how he put's up with her shit all the time. If you do enough googling you'll find that her bitch attitude goes way back. Her dad was a Baptist minister at a local church, and he, along with all the churches members, came together and helped out in a big way when they found out about the six babies. Though used, they were offered strollers, cribs, clothes, toys etc...to which Kate turned her nose up at. She wanted only new stuff.

Kate's sister (Jodi) used to be a regular on the show, but when she inquired about seeing some money from her appearances, Kate simply said "Only we get paid!" Poor Jon. Poor, poor Jon. Maybe that broad sun tanning on the lawn of his 1.1 million dollar house was actually his SP

Last I heard was that TLC was working on trying to write all the latest gossip into the show, including Kate's supposed indiscretions with the family's body guard.

It is truly sick how much info an investigative person can find about another on the internet.

Sounds like the brother also looking for a piece of the $pie. They did an interview for Star, which pays $$. If jon&kate made it clear the family doesn't get to benefit financially, and the media would prefer a sensational story to a real story, there you go.

Probably if you read the story "it's over" refers to ending the filming of the current season's episodes lol. And the "affair" is a parent-teacher conference Kate couldn't attend.

I watched the finale and it was quite sad actually, I feel bad for them both now yuck. Mostly I feel bad for the children if it isn't handled properly from here. But I saw the sadness in Kate's eyes and his shame as well.

That is so true. This family is being given trips and perks they could never have provided for so many kids on their own. If they had one or two, a family vacation to California, Hawaii, etc would be out of the question, not to mention even short excursions to theme parks and other fun stuff. Altho the cameras seem to be on them all the time, from what I saw tuning into the marathon, it looks like sometimes they are just there to film one full day. If these places didn't offer the free trips, free accomodation, etc, to promote their businesses, the film crew wouldn't have much to do lol.

And don't forget that these guys have a contract, and in tv land that is pretty hard to back out of in spite of how reluctant they must be right now to show up & do family get togethers. She did a book tour too, left him home alone for months apparently.
