These guys were looking to screw underage girls and would have gone through with it if it wasn't a sting. They're hardly innocent.

I am not a pedophile, but it was just a warning for those who may think they are getting someone over 19 and they are not.
I do read the ads on CL and have not seen any ads adver. under age but there are lots of 19 yr olds out there.

It was just a warning for those who may get in a trap.

There was a guy 2 or 3 year ago trying to picking up a girl on Gov, he was arrested because it was ondercover LE.

Me too. But in order to bust somebody for trying to bang a minor the cops were implying that the girl was underage in the emails and phone calls with potential customers. They can't bust a guy for trying to fuck a 19 y/o but they can get him for trying to fuck someone he thinks is 16. So they knew what they were getting themselves into.

I agree that they should be stopped. I am over 40 and I won't see an SP that is younger than 25 but have seen younger but not under 20, I just have a hard time with that. Most of the SP's have been around for a while like 2 or 3 years and they still adver. as 20 but they are older.

Those who have responded to ads adver. under age need to be caught.

Just for some clarity as I haven't seen the story you are referring to, exactly how did they go about busting these guys? Was it a street operation, chatroom, or Craigslist thing? Although I am one who pefers the 19+ crowd, a slight sense of paranoia makes me think of what might be next in line to draw heat. So TOFTT might be out of the option if they aren't known to me or the board. PM or post. Many thanks.

There are a wide variety of ways that LE can build the case - key is that the John thought he was dealing with someone under age - you can be bagged in your own home for that (yes your IP can be traced) the common bagging technique is to pick the John up when he arrives at the location that has been arranged with the "Lady" in question - at that point they really do have you "in the bag"...

So - what to do? Be cautious, if you suspect anyone of being underage then simply STAY AWAY! and if you get caught trying to "do" an underage lady then I hope they lock you up and throw away the key!

One other thing - if you see what you suspect is underage activity - you can report it to LE...
