Did you know that you are supposed to post your license # in all ads (whether here, CL, The Sun etc.) when you are advertising escort services in the City of Edmonton?

Let's clean this place up a bit posters!

When you post that you are visiting, or you are bringing girls here, post your license number with your announcement!

With all the heat now on massage parlors, last thing we need is heat on the escort end of things because of a few misinformed "business" people!

I think it would be best to use your own ads to illustrate your "point" just in case no one gets it. I am sure those in Edmonton would appreciate the tips, and what better way than to show how the know-it-alls do it.

I'm especially impressed by the way you associate escorts & agencies with pimps.

I am out of the business for now. Retired. But still keeping in the loop.

And I wasn't directly associating agencies with pimps, but if you want to get technical as you distort my words we can go there any day of the week:

I'm sure TT has lots of "ideas" as to how the unlicensed sps who can't afford an independent license can get hooked up. Isn't it cheaper to be affiliated with an mp? Why else would she want to know who they are??

darvhinder, you might be able to share those $$ with her rather than come up with your part of the investment in the mp/pimp biz.

On a side note, I can't think that any licensed escort would want to post their license number in their ads when all it will take after that is a few unscrupulous unlicensed folks (TT?) to "borrow" the # for their own ads. Who's going to look that closely?

My "idea" is that the unlicensed (broke?) sp's shouldn't be working here at all. Kinda defeats the purpose of the honest girls who get licenses, who can afford them, working no?

And I would never "borrow" another girls number. You are a fool for even going there. I work(ed) by the book, baby. And made tons doing it honestly. If a girl has to cut corners, work illegally, and hide in the shadows then she has a major problem.

This is a good point. I've paid over 2 brown ones at LEAST for my MP AND Escort license. Not to mention security clearances. It's the LEAST we could do considering how much money to be made AND to keep the gov't off our back.
